Objective:

The program supports Cyprus in preparing for Schengen accession by ensuring compliance with EU border management requirements. Its focus is on the national Entry/Exit System (EES), as well as the eu-LISA Interoperability (IO) Framework with respect to the national Core Business Systems (SIS, VIS, ETIAS, EURODAC, ECRIS-TCN)

Results:

The overall goal is to build a robust, secure, and EU-compliant border management system to enable Cyprus’ integration into Schengen.
