Project description

Objective:

Provision of technical support on the design and implementation of the revised disability assessment approach in Greece. Adaptation and implementation of the new disability assessment system based on international practice, i.e. organisational development, IT system and business processes development, development of an HR strategy and training programmes and the implementation of the new disability assessment methodology, enhancing a smooth and effective cooperation between the new responsible organisations KEPA, IDIKA, OPEKA and community centres to improve the entire process.

Results:

• Organisational capacity is in place
• IT system and business process are defined
• A modern system for management and staff development in place at OPEKA
• The national roll-out of a new disability assessment system is implemented
